Evocati announced a new partnership today with Soldiers’ Angels, a nonprofit founded in 2003 that provides aid, comfort, and resources to the military-connected community. Soldiers’ Angels was founded by the mother of two American soldiers and includes hundreds of thousands of “Angel” volunteers who participate in community-based programs like veteran food distribution events across the United States, Warm Feet for Warriors, and Treats for Troops. Soldiers’ Angels is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and has a worldwide footprint of volunteers and staff.
“We’re delighted to build on our record of supporting clients in the military-connected community by announcing our partnership with Soldiers’ Angels today,” said Barrett Y. Bogue, president and founder at Evocati. “Their thoughtful programs combined with their world-class volunteer community presents a unique opportunity to share compelling stories. We’re excited by the experts we’ve added to the team to support Soldiers’ Angels in their mission and can’t wait to get to work.”
The work will take place under Evocati Creative to serve as an agency of record for Soldiers’ Angels to help amplify their impact to the military-connected community and public. Support will include storytelling and media pitching, strategic communication, graphic design, and more.
“Soldiers’ Angels is looking forward to this new partnership with Evocati Creative and eager for their help ensuring we can further our vision, May No Soldier Go Unloved,” said Amy Palmer, President and CEO of Soldiers’ Angels. “We’re confident that with their knowledge of the military-connected landscape and the talents of the consultants supporting the partnership, we’ll be able to increase our overall support of the military and veteran community.”
Two consultants will join Evocati to support Soldiers’ Angels including Mark Szymanski as a Senior Public Relations Consultant and Stacey Taylor as a Graphic Design Consultant. Lindsey Barchent will continue to work with Evocati and serve as a Communications Specialist with Soldiers’ Angels; she had previously joined Evocati in 2020 to provide business development and strategic communication services.
Mr. Szymanski previously served as communications director for Student Veterans of America, the veteran public relations campaign Got Your 6, and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
