We've Got Enough to Last All Potato Month Long

First up, The National Potato Council’s 2023 Potato Expo

We created a lot, and I mean a lot of content for the team's first Potato Expo.

From our client success story covering the record-breaking attendance, to Dylan's first opinion piece detailing his experience, to a CITNF featuring a phenomenal article from the trade pub The Packer, January brought the heat to potatoes to start the year.

Potato Holidays Always Deliver

After the huge W’s revolving around the Expo, we turned to celebrating National Potato Chip Day, which just so happened to be Pi Day as well ... So we answered the age-old question: what happens when you combine Potato Chips and Pie?

We won't give you any spoilers, click here to see for yourself. We later rolled into National Tater Tot, French Fry, and Potato Day. Unfortunately, National French Fry Day does not coincide with National Cookie Day or anything exciting.

We're a Spud Nation!

The Spud Nation Economic Impact Report was as ground-breaking as they come. Through the analysis by Michigan State University economists, the country learned the potato industry is responsible for $100.9 BILLION to the national economy and supports 714,000 U.S. jobs.

See NPC's full report for much more information in a much more appealing format.

CITNF's, CITNF's, and more CITNF's

Our weekly Client in the News Fridays feature all of our clients, often times that is the National Potato Council. Seven CITNFs in 2023 have featured NPC and their accomplishments. These include the NPC Yearbook, the Specialty Crop Farm Bill Alliance, and their prescience on the Spudman Magazine cover.

It's been a good year for Potato's so far, but its not over yet!

So stay tuned-in here to make sure you don't miss out on any of the potato talk we've got cookin' in the Evocati PR kitchen.

Potatoes don't sleep, so we don't either.
