Remembering D-Day 79 Years Later: A Tale of Courage and Sacrifice

Honoring the Brave Warriors Who Served with Tremendous Pride and Courage

On this fateful day, Allied forces began their invasion of Europe at the apex of World War II. Today we take this time to remember those who served and sacrificed.

Over 150,000 Allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy. While impossible to have an exact figure, it's estimated that 10,000 service members died on the first day alone. D-Day was a catalyst towards victory for the Allies and marked a major turning point in World War II. The courage these heroes demonstrated was tremendous.

As a service-disabled, veteran-owned company, we at Evocati PR are proud to show our appreciation and keep their memories alive. To learn more about the history of D-Day, click here to read the U.S. Army's full breakdown here.

Thank you all for your sacrifice!
